Q: I don't see the new car I want on your website inventory - can you get it for me?

A: We sure can - our dealership has access to the list of all new cars in transit and on ground at every Mercedes dealer in the country. If another dealer has what we need, we will work to trade them for one of our vehicles and get you your car!

 

Q: Certified Cars seem more expensive than the same car at private dealers - Why should I buy a Certified Mercedes-Benz over a non CPO vehicle?

A: The Mercedes Certified vehicle is the closest to a new vehicle that you can get. It has a 5 year/100,000 mile zero deductible warranty from the original in-service date, and has undergone a thorough inspection and reconditioning process to bring it up to the highest standards of all pre-owned vehicle inventory. In addition, Mercedes-Benz financial offers financing rates as low as 1.99% apr on selected CPO vehicles. There is a lot more value in a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes That any of our client advisors would be happy to go over with you.

 

Q: I don't even live in California, but I saw a CPO vehicle that I like on your website - Can I buy a car from out of state and how would I get it?

A: We post our entire Pre-Owned inventory online with digital photos, full description, Car Fax and all related information so that a customer can feel confident about buying a used vehicle from us, regardless of where they live. On average, we sell 2 - 3 Pre-Owned vehicles every month to customers in other states, and even other countries! We arrange all paperwork and shipping, and try to make it as convenient as possible for you, regardless to where you live.

 

Q: I'd like to possibly sell my current vehicle, but I'm not interested in buying another vehicle at this time. Do you offer an appraisal service, and would you buy my vehicle even though I don't intend on buying a vehicle from you right now?

A: We will gladly give you a full written appraisal on any vehicle you would like to sell. Our process is very simple and quick, and in no way are you obligated to buy anything from us. Like all dealers, we need to replace our inventory on a daily basis, and we'd much rather purchase vehicles from people in person than go to the auction.
