You may be eligible if:

  • Your Mercedes-Benz is under any Mercedes-Benz warranty (New Vehicle Limited Warranty,Extended Limited Warranty,Certified Pre-owned Warranty)

But did you know you are eligible even if your vehicle is out of warranty?

  • If your Mercedes-Benz is out of warranty and is regularly serviced at an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership you get:
  • Complimentary Roadside Assistance.
A single transaction of at least $100 in the last
18 months prior to your Roadside call qualifies you
Overview

Mercedes-Benz customers enjoy the peace of mind that comes from having "on-call" help available 24 hours a day.  It is a standard that has long set Mercedes-Benz apart from other luxury car makers.  Mercedes-Benz is committed to constantly improving their "best-in-class" service, by providing additional benefits to their customers.

Effective January 1, 2011 the Roadside Assistance Program was expanded to include free towing for all customers.  This service will include free towing only from Roadside Assistance to the nearest authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership for all eligible Mercedes-Benz customers who experience a mechanical issue or are involved in an accident.

Flat tire, dead battery, out of fuel - Mercedes-Benz has you covered
The Mercedes-Benz 24-Hour Roadside Assistance Program provides help when you need it most ? replacing a flat tire, delivering a jump start in the event of a dead battery, or providing a few gallons of fuel should you accidentally run out. Simply dial the Roadside Assistance 800 number or push the Wrench Button, and Mercedes-Benz personnel are dispatched to your location at no charge for all eligible Mercedes-Benz vehicles.*

Bring you some fuel if you run out Replace your flat tire with your spare* Jump-start your vehicle


* Please note that in certain unique circumstances, additional charges may apply to Sign & Drive. For certain models (i.e.: AMG) which have no spare tire, Roadside Assistance provides inflation of a flat tire after using the vehicle's Tirefit puncture sealant. For vehicles with a spare tire not in working order towing and/or additional charges may be required.






 


Towed to someone who can help - the nearest authorized dealer
Should your vehicle experience a mechanical issue or be involved in an accident, Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance will arrange for a tow to the nearest authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer at no charge for all eligible Mercedes-Benz vehicles. In the event of an accident, Mercedes-Benz Certified Collision Center to ensure that your vehicle is returned as close to its pre-accident condition as possible, using only Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts.
